Algorium UK (“Algorium”, “we”) is a design and engineering studio based at 6 Hill View Studios, 160 Eltham Hill, London, SE9 5EA, England. We are the data controller for personal data collected through algorium.uk. Contact us at algoriumltd@gmail.com.

• Enquiry details you send us: name, email, company, project interests and message.
• Purchase details when you buy a package: name, email and billing information. Card details are processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider logs to keep the site secure and running, such as IP address and browser type.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and invoice the work you commission, and keep the website secure. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

Only service providers that help us operate: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and our email provider. Some of these may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client and transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies during checkout to prevent fraud.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict how we use it, by emailing algoriumltd@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
